而前不久又有消息指出，台灣相關部門正在推進“投資移民法”的出臺，屆時將降低門檻，力促大陸人士赴台灣島內購房。據稱，台灣新修訂的“投資移民法”有可能將大陸人士投資門檻額度限定在3000萬元新臺幣（約600萬人民幣）以上，擁有房產兩年至三年後也可能獲得台灣居民身份，具體該項措施何時落實還暫不知曉，這讓“赴台買房”再次成為熱議話題。
但購買人身份有所限制，不得為黨政軍要員。意向在台購房的大陸居民，先提供身份驗證，經過台灣相關行政部門審核後辦理過戶登記。大陸居民在台購房自登記完畢起3年內不得出售。
在台灣購置房產已經不是遙不可及，台灣置業永久產權，大陸居民還可貸款購房相關政策，投資收益率高同，同時購房手續非常規範，且購房後入台次數也將不受限制，所以去台灣買房的價值遠遠超過其它地方。
