這一首謁詩，是二十幾年前，一位業界的老前輩贈送給我的勉勵，當初年輕氣盛的我，懵懵懂懂，似懂非懂，謁意雖然白話並不深奧，簡單易懂，可是當時的我並沒有參透這句詩的意思，直到這幾年來，看到房市大起大落，股市大起大落，石油黃金原物料大起大落...才突然想起這首詩的意義？
真正的體悟到：三十年前也是人人喊危機來了！崩盤了！二十年前也是人人喊景氣變壞了，景氣不好了！...十年前也是人人喊危險了！局勢危機來了！去年也是人人喊景氣變了!經濟數據糟透了！...前年也是人人喊景氣糟糕了！...
今年也是人人喊危機來了！大事不妙了經濟變了！...每年每一年都一定有人喊著景氣不好，喊著經濟數據變差了，喊著國際局勢不妙，危機來了...等等新聞，永永遠遠也等不到，完完全全沒有危機的那一年到來？到底到底是哪一年才是沒有危機年呢？...沒有答案～
「富貴險中求」---就是因為沒有正確的答案，所以才會造成有人富貴，有人平凡，有人貧窮，有人賺錢，有人賠錢，有人買房，有人賣房，有一批老手出場，有一批新手進場...如此循環不已！才會形成社會經濟繁榮，財富與金錢的流動到市場各個角落，雨露均霑，每個人都有機會，但也每個人都沒機會，因為只要你是屬於「富貴險中求」的人就可以擁有50%的機會，獲得幸運女神的青睞，機運之門一定會再度開啟，但也會瞬間閉合關起來，50%機會僅在一瞬間而已！
若是一定要堅持等到完完全全沒有風險的那一天那一年，完全沒有危機，市場看法完全一致看好時！那才是大災難的來臨？(因為只有詐騙集團的詐騙模式才會讓你完全感覺沒有風險，穩賺不賠) ，拜託天底下「沒有白吃的午餐」，「偷雞也要蝕把米」～
房地產股市任何買賣做生意創業投資都一樣，富貴都一定要伴有風險，財富女神只是比較害羞躲藏在風險猛男後面而已！猛男也只是好看而已，鼓起勇氣勇敢地走過去找她吧！你的女神！
「簡單的工作重複做」—只要你常常買賣，或時常常勤做功課，其實房市並不困難，只要你買了第一間房子，以後就會有第二間，第三間...，但若你連第一間都不下手，永遠也沒有2，3，4，5，6，7...就像小時候綁鞋帶一樣，第一次不會綁，但綁好1次後，第2次，第3次...就感覺沒什麼了啊！不是嗎？
「勇往直前不怕錯」---鼓勵年輕人首購族小資族千萬不要怕犯錯，不要怕被騙，不要怕買貴，不要怕賣便宜，任何事都有第一次，都要勇敢跨出第一步，才會又有第二步。我雖然有數十年的買房親身經驗，但我也曾經被騙過啊！我也不是毎件買賣案件都很順利啊！老馬識途，但老手也偶有失手啊！但只要該小心該注意的該準備的功課你都做好了，即使有小小的失誤，這個風險也是你承擔得起的啊！不是嗎？
「正面思考須參透」---外面世界的風風雨雨，所謂的政治危機，經濟危機，金融危機，國際危機...等等，這些危機無奇不有，有的是真的，有的只是虛晃一招假的，亂亂投資者的信心而已！從小到大你已經聽說過幾百個危機事件了～你現在還不是活得好好的嗎？正面思考可以幫助你在動亂渾沌的房市中走出一條不同於別人的光明大道，你用正面思考參透了沒？
